Position Overview Stand Fast is hiring part-time Residential Cleaning Technicians to support residential homes, move-outs, short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO), and student housing turnovers. You will dispatch directly from your home to assigned jobs, work independently or with a small team, and complete high-quality cleanings using company-provided supplies. Schedule:

3-4 weekdays per week (Monday - Saturday)

Hours:

Daytime hours only (no nights)

Typical Weekly Earnings:

$400-$500

Base Pay:

$93.32 per day

Bonuses:

$10 per completed job

Average Effective Hourly Rate:
