Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Room Attendant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appeal of guest rooms and public areas. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming floors, and replenishing amenities Ensure all surfaces are spotless and free of dust, dirt, and debris Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and public spaces Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other essentials to meet guest needs Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to uphold safety and quality standards Follow established cleaning procedures to meet health regulations and hotel standards Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain a pristine environment Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks Knowledge of floor care techniques such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning is preferred Experience with industrial cleaning equipment or custodial management is a plus Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance our guests' experience!
