Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage. Pay ranges from $14 to $18 an hour for cleaning based on experience and performance. We also pay for travel time and training! Tips and bonus opportunities are available even throughout the training process. All Pros are paid on a weekly basis. Plenty of opportunity for growth into other positions like trainers, office work, etc.

Likes cleaning (no cleaning experience required, we will train!) Loves making customers happy Friendly and positive attitude Hard working and reliable Able to drive your own vehicle to and from cleaning assignments. Able to lift up to 35 lbs. Comfortable working in homes with pets Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to undergo a background check and pass (criminal and driving records) Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and valid insurance Must be 18 or older
