In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or hospitality spaces. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas regularly Prepare and serve light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating cooking skills that enhance guest or resident satisfaction Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient operations Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings with a strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly desirable Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with laundry operations and equipment handling Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus for supervisory roles Prior experience with residential cleaning services or commercial cleaning contracts enhances your candidacy Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with positive communication skills Join us to create inviting spaces where cleanliness meets comfort!
