Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team and help maintain beautiful, comfortable, and spotless living environments. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional residential cleaning services that exceed client expectations. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to sanitation will ensure each home is a safe and welcoming space. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms. Use proper techniques for floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate cleaning solutions. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring all areas meet health regulations. Assist with light cooking or meal prep tasks as needed to support client requests. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, respecting their privacy, and addressing any special cleaning requests. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and custodial procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and team members. Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and kitchen cleanliness is desirable. Prior experience in housekeeping management or hospitality settings can be advantageous but not required.
