As a Southern Maid Home Cleaner, you will work with Southern Maid Employees or sub contractors to perform various levels of specialized home cleaning to the specifications of discerning clients. Southern Maids provides a valuable service which sets our home cleanings apart from the rest. You will go above and beyond a standard service to provide truly exceptional experiences for your clients. You will do this by conducting yourself with extreme professionalism and respect for your coworkers and your clients.

The Role:

Execute our branded high-quality, standardized in-home

Tidy Ups:

remove trash and recycling, wipe the counters, make the bed, organize the living area, as well as other light tasks. Perform thorough cleaning and upkeep in the customer homes (deep cleaning): bathroom cleaning, changing the linens, straighten items, furniture, and appliances. Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties. Ensure customer safety by entering and exiting their homes following procedures and company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in professional house cleaning Trustworthy and detail-oriented Comfortable working in fast pace environment Clear and efficient communication: both written and verbal

Enthusiastic/optimistic:

nothing stands in your way that you can't tackle with a genuine smile You are self-motivated, timely, and willing to work until the job is complete You're passionate about the Alfred service, name, and mission You are able to lift up to 30 pounds You are able to perform physical duties including bending and lifting arms over your head. You have access to a smartphone.

Other Details:

Monday - Friday schedule mostly some weekends Part Time/ Full-Time schedule available Ongoing training and personal development
