In this vital role, you will support the housekeeping department by ensuring all public areas and back-of-house spaces are spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming. Your proactive approach will help create a comfortable and pristine environment that guests will remember positively. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and other public areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Assist with floor care duties including sweeping, mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance throughout the property Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure availability for staff and guests Support housekeeping staff with moving furniture or heavy items during deep cleans or room turnovers Maintain cleanliness of service areas, storage closets, and utility rooms by organizing supplies and disposing of waste properly Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods and floor care equipment operation Familiarity with hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence Experience with janitorial tasks such as trash removal, surface sanitation, and equipment maintenance Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality by ensuring every corner of our hotel shines!
