Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to uphold high cleanliness standards Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure all supplies are stocked for guest convenience Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets and mopping hard surfaces to maintain a spotless environment Handle janitorial tasks efficiently by disposing of trash, cleaning windows, and maintaining public areas like hallways and lobbies Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to ensure thorough sanitation of all surfaces Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards Follow established protocols for infection control and safety procedures to protect guests and staff alike Requirements Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus Strong skills in cleaning, floor care, and industrial cleaning techniques to deliver top-tier service Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Knowledge of janitorial equipment operation and safety procedures is advantageous A positive attitude with strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests by delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
