• We are seeking a reliable nightly cleaning specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our commercial/industrial spaces. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a clean and welcoming environment for both employees and clients. Responsibilities Independently perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Perform janitorial duties across multiple areas, ensuring all spaces are clean and well-maintained throughout your shift. Support facilities maintenance by reporting maintenance issues and ensuring equipment is in good working order. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or hospitality settings is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping and polishing is a plus! Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and facilities maintenance procedures. Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies, including vacuums, buffers, mops, and cleaning chemicals. Experience working in a custodial role within busy environments is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operate cleaning machinery safely. $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
