In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or hospitality settings. Friday and Saturdays are MANDATORY and we are a drug free company and perform pre employment screening. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards. Conduct detailed sanitation procedures to promote health and safety, including disinfecting surfaces and handling waste appropriately. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless and safe. Provide excellent customer service by addressing owner and guest requests promptly and professionally. Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are maintained consistently. Use janitorial equipment effectively and safely while adhering to proper sanitation protocols. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments helpful. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and janitorial procedures helpful. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
