As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming for guests and residents alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing floors to maintain their appearance. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain an organized housekeeping cart and storage area for supplies. Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all environments. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties. A positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality service in all interactions.
