Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain high standards of floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and supplies to guarantee guest satisfaction Follow established protocols for janitorial and industrial cleaning tasks using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness deficiencies and report them promptly Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the highest standards of hygiene Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing floors Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable; familiarity with industry standards enhances your effectiveness Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures accurately Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining a fast-paced workflow Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance issues effectively Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a busy environment Join us as a Housekeeper and be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences through cleanliness and hospitality excellence!
