Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards. Ensure all surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and amenities are spotless and well-maintained. Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other essentials to ensure guest comfort. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures when handling chemicals and equipment. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution. Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency and safety. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on cleanliness standards. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and custodial equipment. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high cleanliness standards. Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use; housekeeping management experience is a plus.
