Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and possibly commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, ensuring high standards of sanitation and presentation Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and upholstery refreshment to meet client expectations Maintain impeccable sanitation practices by disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and managing waste disposal efficiently Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction with each visit Manage janitorial responsibilities including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing to keep homes consistently tidy and welcoming Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care (hardwood, tile), and sanitation procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Knowledge of laundry processes and household maintenance routines is a plus Previous experience in custodial work or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous but not mandatory Enthusiastic about maintaining high standards of cleanliness while delivering friendly service Embark on a rewarding career where your attention to detail makes homes shine!
