We're bringing on dependable, thorough self-employed cleaners ready to handle steady work near where they live. This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You set your own availability and we route the work to you — no chasing leads, just show up, get more work and do great cleans. We aren't trying to hire everyone. We're looking for one standout cleaner who treats every home like their own. Responsibilities Carry out Standard, Deep, and Move-In/Move-Out appointments inside cilents' homes Bring kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and shared spaces up to a consistently spotless level Be punctual and stay in touch with our office ahead of, throughout, and following each visit Snap before-and-after shots of every job and submit them through our scheduling app Supply the cleaning products and tools needed for each appointment yourself Handle every customer's residence and possessions with care and a professional manner Requirements A dependable way to get to job sites throughout the North Atlanta region Your own cleaning products and tools A smartphone (jobs are scheduled through the BookingKoala app) A current driver's license Legally permitted to work in the United States Your own general liability coverage, or readiness to secure a policy before your first appointment A keen eye for detail and dependable scheduling habits Past cleaning work is a bonus, though we're glad to train someone with the right drive What We Offer Pay begins at $25-40 per hour Funds deposited to your account weekly through Stripe Ongoing, repeat appointments instead of scattered single jobs Build your own schedule around your life Raises earned through performance once you pass 30 days A crew that keeps communication clear and never misses a payday This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.
