Crestmont Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving homeowners across North Atlanta — including Duluth, Smyrna, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, and the surrounding communities. If you're an experienced cleaner looking to add jobs to your week — without dealing with ads, marketing, customer complaints, or chasing payments — Crestmont Cleaning is built for you. We handle everything on the business side: the bookings, the customers, the follow-ups, the refunds. You show up, do great work, get paid, and move on. That's it. Responsibilities Complete Standard, Deep, and Move-In/Move-Out residential cleans Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to a high standard Communicate with our team before, during, and after each job Upload before and after photos through our app for every clean Supply your own professional cleaning equipment and products Maintain professional conduct and care in all client homes Requirements 1+ year residential cleaning experience Detail-oriented with consistent quality output Reliable transportation, flexible schedule Background check and references required Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment Clear, timely communication skills What you never have to deal with: Finding your own clients Running ads or posting on Facebook Handling complaints or refund requests Waiting weeks to get paid Compensation & Perks Earn $120-$200 per job Flexible scheduling — you control your calendar Consistent, repeat clientele Same-week pay upon job completion App-based job management and easy payment processing Supportive team environment with real growth potential Benefits Flexible independent contractor work Competitive daily rates Immediate payment per job completed Opportunity to build a loyal client base Professional support and training This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
