Responsibilities Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle specialized cleaning duties such as bed making, floor care, bathroom and laundry services to meet client needs Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout each home, adhering to safety protocols Communicate professionally with management to understand their specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled check ins and outs promptly while maintaining quality standards Use cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory management Uphold a positive attitude and provide friendly customer service that fosters trust and satisfaction Requirements Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning techniques including , floor care, sanitation procedures, and custodial practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Experience with laundry services and general housekeeping management is a plus Familiarity with safety standards related to cleaning products and equipment usage A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and reliability Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills make a real difference!
