Hotel Housekeeper

Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and hygienic Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies to ensure guest comfort at all times Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly Use industrial cleaning equipment effectively to maintain high standards of sanitation in all areas Follow established janitorial procedures to uphold health and safety regulations within the hotel environment Assist with laundry duties when necessary, ensuring linens are clean, pressed, and properly stored Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards for the Holiday Inn Express is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably Basic understanding of health and safety protocols related to janitorial and custodial work Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and outstanding service!
