In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing household or facility upkeep, and creating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and positive attitude will contribute significantly to the overall satisfaction of those we serve. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality. Manage outdoor work tasks including yard maintenance, outdoor cleaning, and debris removal to keep exterior areas tidy. Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely when moving furniture, appliances, or supplies. Ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed in kitchens and bathrooms to promote health and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or clients' needs promptly and professionally while maintaining discretion. Oversee housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling cleaning routines. Conduct janitorial duties in commercial or hospitality settings with attention to detail and efficiency. Support additional responsibilities like carpet cleaning, upholstery care, or specialized sanitation procedures as required. Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work or commercial cleaning environments. Familiarity with housekeeper management practices including scheduling and supervising cleaning staff is a plus. Hands-on experience with laundry operations and carpet or floor care techniques. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures related to heavy lifting and manual handling tasks. Outdoor work experience involving yard maintenance or exterior cleaning is advantageous. Previous janitorial or custodial roles demonstrating reliability and attention to detail. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in fast-paced settings.
