Element Midtown Savannah is seeking Housekeeping Attendants to join us. As a vital part of our daily operations, you will ensure our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting, providing a seamless and refreshing stay for every guest. ¡Hablamos Español! What You'll Do:
Guest Room Care:
Clean and service guest rooms according to established brand standards (making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and deep-cleaning bathrooms). Attention to
Detail:
Ensure all areas are spotless and well-maintained, paying close attention to the little things to exceed guest expectations.
Efficiency & Time Management:
Organize your daily tasks to efficiently clean your assigned rooms within the allotted time.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and replenish guest room supplies, including fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and coffee. Report any inventory shortages.
Public Area Upkeep:
Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of hallways, the lobby, fitness centers, and other shared guest spaces.
Safety & Security:
Adhere to all safety protocols, handle cleaning chemicals properly according to instructions, and promptly report any maintenance issues or suspicious activity.
Lost & Found:
Report and log any items left behind by guests to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
Guest Interaction:
Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor, responding politely to guest requests or inquiries.
Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with fellow housekeeping staff and front desk teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
What You'll Bring:
Experience:
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a professional cleaning role is preferred, but not required . We are more than happy to train motivated individuals!
Stamina:
Physical ability to perform daily tasks, including extended standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Mindset:
A strong work ethic, punctuality, reliability, and genuine pride in your work.
Independence:
The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively throughout your shift.
Communication:
Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
