Job Description

Lucky Savannah is looking for detailed, experienced, housekeeping
CONTRACTORS.
We are a fast-paced, growing company, managing 400+ homes in Savannah's Historic Downtown and on Tybee Island and need reliable individuals that have great time-management. If you are interested in working for a company that strives to provide great customer service, and want to exceed expectations, please review required work experience and submit resume. We are looking to hire contractors that will be responsible for providing high quality cleaning services and well-prepared homes for guest and owner arrivals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-quality cleaning services, ensuring completion of all arrival or departure cleaning tasks. Provide prompt follow-up if cleaning problems are reported by inspectors or guests. Discover, document, and communicate all maintenance, condition, or safety issues to management immediately. Adhere to company policies and procedures, paying special attention to health and/or safety training issues. Maintain professional, courteous behavior and habits when interacting with contractors, managers, guests and owners.
Experience and Skills:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS
Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to clean multiple homes in one day. Must be energetic, dependable, and honest, have good communication skills, both verbal and written, a positive attitude, and take pride in one's work Ability to follow instructions, organizes time and supplies, and pay attention to detail. Must have personal smartphone access. Must have valid general liability insurance . Must provide own cleaning supplies.
Compensation:
Pay is seasonal piece rate | Contractors are paid a piece rate per home weekly.
