We are looking for a team member with a passion for creating and maintaining a clean and safe environment of care for our patients, staff and guests.

Shift:

5:30p - 8:30p

Key Duties:

Perform terminal cleaning to support the specialized cleaning needs of our imaging and ASC clinical areas. Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment of care for patients, guests and staff. Follow established procedures and guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing both clinical and non-clinical areas. Ensure compliance with environmental service standards and regulations, including OSHA guidelines. Dispose of waste and hazardous materials properly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure campus safety. Assists the Facilities Supervisor, when directed, as a point of contact for onsite vendors. Provides support for special events, as needed, including set up and breakdown. Assists the Facilities Supervisor with maintaining and updating OSHA and emergency preparedness resources to ensure accessibility as directed. Serve as the primary point of contact, and provide ongoing support to the part-time evening EVS team members.

Requirements:

Experience in terminal cleaning, terminal disinfection, or discharge cleaning, in a hospital or healthcare setting - Preferred Must be available to work a shift from 5:30p - 8:30p

Key Skills:

Experience leading teams and acting as the primary liaison in professional cleaning settings, preferred. Comfortable interfacing with patients and guests. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures. Familiarity with environmental services regulations and OSHA standards. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects, if required. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
