Job Responsibilities:

Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Restock and organize tooling vending machines to ensure product availability. Support procurement activities, including ordering machine shop tooling and supplies. Enter purchase orders and process receiving transactions accurately. Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, and related documentation. Scan and upload documents into the company's online management system.

Requirements:

Strong computer skills required, as the majority of the role involves daily computer-based tasks. Familiarity with machine shop tooling and industrial supplies preferred. Experience working with Excel, PDFs, and digital document management systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
