Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and creating a comfortable environment for clients and guests alike. Your enthusiasm and commitment to cleanliness will help foster a positive experience for everyone who enters the space. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and appropriate sanitation techniques Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards by following proper sanitation procedures Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process Manage custodial tasks such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling or inventory checks Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings preferred Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices Familiarity with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies and equipment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industries is advantageous but not required Join us to make a difference through your dedication to cleanliness and service!
