Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our environment remains spotless, welcoming, and comfortable. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across residential or commercial spaces, providing exceptional service to clients, and upholding high standards of hygiene. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to creating a pristine atmosphere that guests and residents can enjoy daily. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests Provide excellent customer service by addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns promptly and professionally Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking as needed to ensure efficient operations Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling or training new team members Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with laundry procedures and equipment operation Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness at all times Join us in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments!
