Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for maintaining clean and welcoming environments. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services in residential settings, ensuring that each home is left spotless and sanitized. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of all flooring types. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized and hygienic. Assist with light cooking as needed, following specific dietary requirements or preferences of clients. Handle janitorial tasks in common areas when necessary to uphold cleanliness standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not required. Familiarity with sanitation practices and custodial experience is a plus. Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments can be beneficial for understanding diverse cleaning needs. Skills in carpet cleaning and floor care techniques will be advantageous for this role. A strong background in customer service is essential to effectively communicate with clients and address their concerns.
