In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various hospitality settings. Your energetic approach and dedication will ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience while honing your skills in cleaning, floor care, and hospitality operations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to different flooring types Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction Follow established protocols for janitorial tasks and industrial cleaning to uphold health and safety standards Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution Adhere to all hospitality and custodial procedures to deliver consistent service excellence Assist with managing housekeeping inventory and ensuring equipment is properly maintained Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial environments Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality standards is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively Experience in housekeeping management or supervising staff is a plus Join us in creating inviting spaces where guests feel comfortable and cared for!
