Housekeeper Red Roof Inn & Suites Thomasville, GA Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Ensure all areas are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when reordering is necessary. Assist in special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal tasks. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with housekeeping management protocols. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly within hotel or hospitality settings. Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
