The Glamping Collective is a luxury glamping resort in Trenton GA, featuring new geodesic domes, meeting space and outdoor adventures. This is a 1099 contract role meaning you can set your own pace. We are offering $30- $35 per unit cleaned. Your energy and attention to detail will create welcoming, spotless environments for our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellence will ensure every visitor experiences a comfortable and pristine atmosphere. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, polishing floors, and restocking supplies Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored safely after use Follow established health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a hygienic environment Assist with inventory management by tracking cleaning supplies and requesting replenishments when necessary Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules promptly and thoroughly Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles are a plus Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping and polishing Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning procedures is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Good communication skills to coordinate tasks within a team environment Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus for leadership opportunities
