We're looking for experienced cleaning technicians located in Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, Woodstock, Canton, Kennesaw, and surrounding areas who take pride in their work and are ready to join a supportive and hardworking team. The perfect candidate is equipped with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the residential cleaning industry and is looking for opportunities for advancement within the company. Our experienced team of professionals is trained not only in the art of cleaning but also in recognizing and addressing the unique needs that mental health disorders bring. The Meticulous Maid team approaches each home with the utmost care and understanding. By meticulously tending to every corner and detail, we strive to alleviate the stress that a cluttered environment can impose on those dealing with these challenges. The residential cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the household and its surroundings. Your responsibilities will include washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces of the property. As well as making beds and performing other household chores as requested by clients. To be successful as a residential cleaner, you should have great stamina, a positive attitude, and dedication to excellence. Top-notch candidates should display strength, efficiency, and respect for the home and its inhabitants. The role also includes room for advancement to oversee the staff and make sure the team is adhering to our policies and procedures in clients' homes.

Residential Cleaner Responsibilities:

Follow checklists and company procedures for various types of cleans (Deep clean, Routine maintenance, Move In/Out, Post Construction, Commercial) Use provided cleaning products safely and efficiently Communicate professionally with clients and team members Travel to various job sites in Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, Woodstock, Canton, Kennesaw, and surrounding areas Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, windows, and counters. Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface. Cleaning all surfaces. Making beds and fluffing pillows. Folding clean laundry.

Residential Cleaner Requirements:

High School diploma or similar. 1 year of experience in residential cleaning Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals. OR willingness to learn. Ability to understand verbal and written instructions. Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods. Polite disposition. Ability to maintain a positive attitude. Must enjoy working in a team environment. Must have experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning.
