Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team and help create clean, comfortable, and inviting environments for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring every detail meets high standards of sanitation and presentation. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to ensure a spotless environment Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting surfaces and fixtures Care for flooring through specialized cleaning techniques like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, or stain removal to preserve their appearance and longevity Manage kitchen duties including light cooking assistance when required, ensuring cleanliness during food preparation Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, respecting their preferences, and addressing any special requests or concerns Follow safety protocols related to janitorial tasks and use of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies; experience with housekeeper management is advantageous Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours Join us as a House Cleaner and become part of a team committed to creating pristine homes that bring joy and comfort to our clients.
