Responsibilities Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established standards for cleanliness and safety Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction Handle janitorial tasks efficiently by managing waste disposal and maintaining cleaning supplies inventory Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards Follow proper procedures for industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to maintain hygiene standards in larger or specialized areas Collaborate with team members and management to ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules and guest requests Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, polishing, and deep cleaning methods Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required Join us in delivering an outstanding guest experience through meticulous cleanliness and hospitality excellence!
