In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of restroom facilities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting overall facility maintenance. Responsibilities Regularly clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and fixtures to uphold high hygiene standards Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and hand sanitizers to ensure availability at all times Conduct routine inspections of restroom areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly Maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas by sweeping, mopping, buffing floors, and performing light custodial tasks as needed Support general facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate team Use cleaning equipment and products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols for industrial cleaning and floor care Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during off-hours to minimize disruption Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred; familiarity with commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and working in various environments Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude when interacting with staff and visitors Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices; experience with residential painting or porter duties is advantageous Willingness to follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment responsibly Join us in creating a pristine environment where everyone feels comfortable!
