Job Description

Kapalua, The Bay Course, located in Lahaina, HI , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Houseperson ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Complete cleaning and maintenance duties including sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, trash removal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning Notify supervisor of needed supplies Remove trash from premises and assist with emergency cleaning as needed Properly utilize equipment and follow all safety procedures Maintain appropriate levels of cleaning and sanitary supplies for assigned areas Inspect clubhouse and surrounding amenities daily and report any issues to supervisor Follow all security procedures and precautions at all times Complete daily work orders in a timely manner Maintain equipment in good working condition Refill dispensers such as hand towels, toilet paper, and soap; clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and counters Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including emptying trash and ash receptacles, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching as needed Work in outdoor weather conditions as required Respond to emergencies in a timely manner Climb ladders and work at elevated heights when necessary Maintain a friendly and professional attitude Regular and reliable attendance Healthcare Benefits
