Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will create welcoming, comfortable environments for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational facilities by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Perform floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, polishing tiles, and buffing hard floors to maintain a polished appearance. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies in guest rooms and public spaces to enhance guest comfort. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Follow all health and safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use to protect yourself and others. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or similar hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or carpet extractors is a plus. Familiarity with hospitality operations and customer service principles enhances your ability to meet guest expectations. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy objects when necessary.
