Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Perform floor care duties including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and operate janitorial equipment responsibly. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. Experience with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. Knowledge of floor care methods such as carpet extraction or polishing enhances your suitability for this role. Familiarity with hospitality standards ensures a seamless guest experience. Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
