The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean and organized facilities, providing exceptional service to our residents, and performing various housekeeping tasks according to a daily work schedule. This position requires a team player with a positive attitude, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
What You'll Do:
Housekeeping & Maintenance :
Clean and maintain common areas, residents' rooms, and empty units according to daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules.
Window Cleaning :
Perform window washing duties as needed throughout the facility.
Emergency Response :
Respond promptly to phone calls and pagers to assist residents during emergency situations.
Documentation & Task Completion :
Accurately complete all assigned tasks, including documentation, based on the daily work schedule.
Supply Management :
Ensure rooms and common areas are stocked with necessary supplies, including bathroom and cleaning supplies.
Waste Management :
Empty trash and garbage containers regularly, ensuring waste is transported to disposal areas.
Resident Interaction :
Provide friendly, positive interactions with residents, contributing to their overall well-being and comfort.
What You'll Need:
Preferred :
Prior housekeeping experience.
Skills :
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to
