Housekeeper/Front Desk

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in both housekeeping and front desk operations within a customer-focused setting. We have 1-2 days with our housekeeping staff available and 1-2 front desk shifts available as well. Responsibilities Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at the front desk Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces using proper cleaning techniques Perform detailed floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to uphold hygiene standards Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces Conduct industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to ensure a pristine environment Assist with administrative duties like answering phones, scheduling maintenance requests, and managing guest inquiries Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work or janitorial services, with a focus on hospitality environments Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet maintenance Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred to understand guest service expectations Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently Excellent communication skills for front desk interactions and team collaboration Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms spaces and elevates guest experiences!
