What You'll Do:
As an AAPG Housekeeper, you'll take pride in keeping our community looking and feeling its best.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform weekly inspections of community common areas and entry points Clean and maintain shared spaces: Vacuum hallways, stairwells, elevators, and lobbies Dust and polish furniture, tables, window ledges, and décor Sanitize bathrooms, vanities, toilets, floors, and recycling bins Clean windows, mirrors, doors, and spot clean floors and walls as needed Turn over guest suites: change linens, vacuum, sanitize surfaces, and restock supplies Maintain supply inventory and request restocks when needed Report maintenance, safety, or aesthetic concerns to your Community Manager Assist with seasonal tasks like shoveling snow, salting sidewalks, or helping with trash/recycling rotation Perform other duties as assigned What Makes You a

A strong work ethic and pride in your work Friendly, professional demeanor with great communication Respect for confidentiality and resident independence Self-motivated and detail-oriented Prior housekeeping experience is helpful, but not required
