Housekeeping/Laundry - Part Time

Join our Team at St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Housekeeping/Laundry staff member at St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center in Cedar Rapids, IA. Our Transitional Care Center provides high-quality care and rehabilitation services to patients in need of short-term care following a hospital stay.

Job Responsibilities:

Performing daily housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Washing, drying, folding, and organizing laundry for patients and staff. Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying supervisor when supplies need to be replenished. Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the Transitional Care Center.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry services preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Compassionate and empathetic nature with a commitment to providing excellent care to patients. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff members.
