Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms Execute detailed floor care such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments to maintain surface quality Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens by disinfecting surfaces, sinks, tubs, toilets, and appliances to ensure hygienic standards are met Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly for optimal performance Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to deliver consistent quality results across all homes Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong attention to detail Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices Ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and equipment as well as hotel housekeeping standards is a plus Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude Join us in creating clean, comfortable homes where clients feel valued and cared for!
