Description Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Fort Dodge, IA , as a part-time Janitorial Technician . This position is very flexible, with 20-25 hours per week and a starting wage of $13 to $16 per hour. Responsibilities As a Janitorial Technician, you will oversee daily tasks such as: Complete cleaning requests or tasks Walk the grounds daily to ensure all litter is removed and that the outside of the building and grounds are well-maintained. Daily inspection of common areas to ensure a clean, orderly appearance: vacuum, dust, clean surfaces, common bathrooms, kitchen, elevator, windows, doors, etc. Communicate regularly with the manager on the progress of work each day. Work with the manager to purchase supplies as needed. Show respect for all residents at all times. Thoroughly clean empty apartments as soon as the Manager communicates the work that needs to be done in a timely manner. Required to perform job duties in a safe manner that is compliant with all Paramark and OSHA safety requirements.
