The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial services, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional hospitality and sanitation standards. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. Prior hotel, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience is highly valued, along with skills in floor care and housekeeping management. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and industry regulations Conduct floor care activities such as stripping, waxing, polishing, and buffing to preserve flooring quality Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for staff and guests Handle special cleaning projects including deep cleans, stain removal, and sanitation of high-touch areas Operate janitorial equipment safely and effectively to support efficient cleaning processes Follow safety procedures related to industrial cleaning and custodial tasks to prevent accidents or injuries Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including inventory control and reporting maintenance issues Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments; hotel or industrial cleaning experience is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, polishing, and buffing Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy supplies, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods Experience with janitorial equipment operation is preferred Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required
