Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Public Space Attendant to ensure our shared spaces are clean, inviting, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be the face of hospitality in our public areas, creating a positive environment for all guests and visitors through diligent cleaning, maintenance, and customer service. Your proactive approach will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct floor care including vacuuming carpets and polishing hard floors to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Monitor the condition of public spaces regularly and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Assist guests with directions or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner Follow established janitorial procedures to uphold health standards and cleanliness regulations Support hospitality efforts by ensuring all areas are welcoming, comfortable, and well-stocked Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services, preferably within hospitality or hotel environments Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently Experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus Demonstrated reliability with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join us as a Public Space Attendant and play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences through impeccable cleanliness and hospitality!
