Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring that all areas meet high standards of hygiene and presentation. This position is essential for creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless and inviting atmosphere. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces as needed. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products in designated areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing excellent service to guests during their stay. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to schedules. Skills Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining spaces to high standards. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Background in janitorial or custodial work is a plus. Experience with industrial cleaning methods may be beneficial for specific environments. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
