What You'll Do As a Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in shaping the daily experience of our residents by: Keeping resident rooms fresh and inviting through dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, sweeping floors, cleaning mirrors, emptying trash, and organizing spaces. Maintaining the heart of our community—common areas, therapy rooms, and gathering spaces—so they're always ready for connection and joy. Preparing rooms for new residents with care and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and comforting transition. Following infection control policies to protect the health and safety of everyone in our care. Participating in staff meetings and in-service trainings to grow your skills and be part of our collaborative team culture.
