Part-Time The Shenandoah Inn & Suites , a 42-room hospitality destination in the heart of Shenandoah, is looking for detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Specialists to join our team. We take pride in offering our guests an exceptional stay experience, and our housekeeping team is the backbone of that reputation.

Key Responsibilities Guest Room Care:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms (showers, tubs, and toilets).

Turnover Services:

Efficiently prepare rooms for new arrivals after guest departures and provide stay-over service for multi-day guests.

Amenity Management:

Restock guest room essentials such as towels, linens, toiletries, coffee/tea supplies, and stationary.

Common Areas:

Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, fitness center, business center, and hallways to ensure a welcoming environment.

Laundry Operations:

Assist with the washing, drying, and folding of hotel linens and towels.

Maintenance Reporting:

Proactively identify and report any maintenance issues (e.g., burnt-out bulbs, plumbing leaks, or furniture damage) to ensure guest safety and comfort. Requirements & Physical Demands Attention to

Detail:

A commitment to high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull housekeeping carts.

Reliability:

Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.

Professionalism:

Friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and a respect for "Do Not Disturb" requests and guest privacy.

Schedule:
