If you're detail-driven, reliable, and friendly, you might be just who we're looking for. What You'll Do Clean and refresh our rental properties between guest stays (change linens, vacuum, mop, wipe surfaces, restock supplies). Ensure every bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and common area meets our high standards for cleanliness and presentation. Report any damage or maintenance issues you spot to our team. Work independently, managing your time so properties are guest-ready when check-in time rolls around. Deep cleaning tasks and inventory restocking. Availability:

Must be available to work between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ; may start earlier and/or end later some days based on employee's availability & schedule, but available during daily time frame is necessary . MUST be available to work SUNDAYS and preference will go to those who also have Saturday available. So what can I make now? Homes are billed on a per-house basis. If the project is completed within the recommended budgeted hours, you'll earn approximately $19 per hour. However, if you take less time while maintaining quality, you'll earn more. On the other hand, if the project exceeds the budgeted time, all employees must earn at least $16 per hour for any task. Cleaning assignments are paid a minimum base pay of $16, with a performance bonus available after 10 days of training. On average, efficient cleaning specialists earn between $18 and $22 per hour during their first week. Starting at 20-40 hrs per week. Paid Training. Daily Travel / Transportation Bonuses Opportunities for Advancement. MUST be able to work most Sundays and Saturdays are preferred. Paid bi-weekly via check or direct deposit. What We're Looking For A strong eye for detail (you notice the little things — smudged mirror, a missing pillow, a pet hair on a blanket, etc.). Ability to work independently and reliably: arrive on time, stay focused, complete tasks thoroughly. Good physical stamina — the job involves lifting, bending, carrying linens/supplies, walking through properties. A positive, friendly attitude and good communication skills. Prior cleaning or rental/property experience is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person. Must have reliable transportation (to get between properties) and a mobile phone for scheduling/updates.
