Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain pristine conditions Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring proper hygiene practices are followed Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services Requirements Proven experience in airbnb cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture when necessary Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment including vacuums, steam cleaners, carpet extractors, and disinfectants Prior experience in housekeeping management or custodial work is advantageous Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently Join us in creating immaculate living spaces that leave lasting impressions!
