Housekeeper/Laundry Aide

Position Summary:

Looking for amazing cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, attractive rooms in our skilled nursing facility. You will provide cleanliness of the facility for residents, visitors and staff. Regular pay increases, Fabulous Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA and 401k along with Paid Vacation and Paid Sick time.

Note:

All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each state's specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.

Licenses/Certification:

Valid driver's license required.

Experience:

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred. Essential Functions Ensures overall cleanliness and comfort level of facility. Complete duties to ensure conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness. Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies and reports any ordering needs to supervisor.. Inspects and evaluates physical condition of establishment, and submits recommendations for painting, repairs, and furnishings to management. Punctuality and regular attendance for all scheduled housekeeping shifts. Other Functions Performs other tasks as assigned. Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
